Our Amber Restaurant will be serving a special St. Andrews-inspired menu where you will enjoy traditional haggis, neeps and tatties accompanied by a complimentary dram! Join our Scotch Whisky Appreciation Society during Homecoming Whisky month and we will offer you a complimentary tasting tray of four single malt whiskies with full tasting notes and Homecoming stories.Tere will be the option to enjoy some Scottish Tapas produced by our award-winning chefs from our Amber Restaurant to accompany your complimentary whiskies.

Whisky sampling
We will be offering free whisky samplings at various times in our extensive whisky and gift shop throughout the month of May. Visitors will be able to enjoy a specially selected dram of whisky free of charge while they peruse our wide range of whisky available to purchase.
Homecoming Scotland Scotch Whisky Experience certificate
After taking our tour, visitors will have a new appreciation and knowledge of Scotland’s national drink. During the month of May you will leave with a beautiful scroll certificate tied with a tartan ribbon to mark their visit during Homecoming.
Enthusiasm for Scotch

Come and enjoy our ‘Enthusiasm for Scotch’ afternoon course. Take a guided tour of The Scotch Whisky Experience followed by a dram and Scottish tapas. One of our specially trained whisky tasting team will take you through the differences between Scotch Whisky and some other world renowned drinks before you embark on a sensory perception journey where we will test your nose on some everyday aromas. Finish the day with a tutored tasting of 4 specially selected malt whiskies. The Enthusiasm for Scotch courses will run on throught Whisky Month to celebrate Homecoming Scotland. The course will run from 3.30pm – 7.15pm and is priced at £50 per person. To book your place please call us on 0131 220 0441. Your afternoon experience ends at the perfect time to enjoy an evening meal in our award-winning Amber Restaurant (bookings can be made when you book onto the course).
