For something truly special treat your loved one to an evening of indulgence at Amber in the Attic. Available for two nights only, couples can enjoy a sophisticated four course dinner amidst the stunning surroundings of one of Edinburgh's premier private dining venues ordinarily only available for private hire. Guests will be treated to champagne on arrival in our private McIntyre Gallery with stunning views across the city. |

Your host will then show you to your table in the elegant Castlehill room where you will dine beneath shimmering Swarovski crystal chandeliers and cosy up beside the large open marble fireplace which both add to the room's enchanting ambience. Enjoy a sumptuous four course menu, devised especially to give diners a taste of contemporary Scottish cuisine. Highlights of the menu include Asparagus served on toasted egg bread with hollandaise sauce, followed by butterfly fillet of beef with wild mushroom and truffle sauce. Paying testament to the surroundings, a whisky sommelier will be on hand to suggest a range of drams which complement each course. A sharing plate of desserts finishes off the menu for those with a sweet tooth.
Following dinner you will be taken to the stunning Diageo Claive Vidiz Scotch Whisky Collection - the world's largest collection of whisky where you will be served a unique 21 year old whisky. The whisky vault offers exquisite style and is charmingly intimate, offering an outstanding setting for your evening of indulgence.
Relax in our bar afterwards while you soak up the atmosphere of this unique experience. All guests will be gifted luxury chocolates at the end of the evening to take home. |
